Founded in early 2020 by two technology enthusiasts in need of lightning fast speeds and reliable connectivity for their gaming pursuits. At the time, nothing was available that met their needs, so they decided to build it themselves. With a hunger to build one of the most robust and efficient networks on the West Coast, once achieved it seemed a logical step to offer it to friends and family, who loved it. From there, word of mouth extended the client base into the thousands and West Coast ISP was born!
Fast forward 12 months and we’re now a full operational business with 24/7 support, 30+ staff working around the clock and an ever growing group of loyal customers. With an NPS score of 88%, we must be doing something right!
